Ohio Premier summer skills training clinics will focus on a specific individual skills such as passing, setting, serving, defense and attacking.  These clinics are designed to provide you with high level, specific training techniques to improve your game.  They are great for getting ready for your fall school season or fall youth league season.  The focus will be on strictly improving your skills, so there will be no team and /or group volleyball concepts taught. 

All grade levels are for incoming fall 2019 grades.

All skill level welcome.

Players can register for each session individually.

Players can attend as many skills sessions as they would like.

All fees are nonrefundable.

Skills Description:

SETTING

The skills covered will include footwork, defensive transition, correct hand position and correct follow thru to target.  Various tempo sets and back setting.

SERVING

The focus will be on the skills necessary to perfect a player's serve. The serving portion of each session will focus on mastering an overhand serve for beginners as well as advanced players who want to learn various types of serves, including a jump float and serving to specific areas of the court.  Skills covered will include hand contact breakdown, body and foot position, serving zones.
