Premier Training Teams Summer 2019 Volleyball (Indoor)
Do you want to be good or do you want to be great? Ohio Premier Volleyball Club Summer Training Sessions
All age groups are for incoming fall 2019 grades.
The advanced 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th grade training teams are not for beginners. These sessions are for players that can overhand serve and have played for at least two years. The 3rd/4th, 5th/6th sessions are for all skill levels.
The focus for these training teams will be developing skills and fundamentals. Each session will be designated to working on a specific skill and serving. Serving will be part of every session. At the end of each session there will be opportunity to play. Competition will consist of 4 vs 4 or 2 vs 2 half court doubles. Depending on the skill level of the group there might be some 6 vs 6 as well.
All sessions will be coached by experienced volleyball trainers and there will also be an assistant coach as well for groups larger than 9 players.
Ohio Premier takes a lot of pride in teaching the skills correctly along with giving a lot of specific feedback to each of the players and utilizing drills that will help develop proper technique.
