"Build The Skills clinics will work on individual volleyball fundamentals. Each week coaches will spotlight a different element of the skill so each session the drills will be different. Coaches will focus on effective strategies and techniques that can aid players in improving volleyball passing, hitting, serving, setting and defense skills. Each week players will work on a different strategy and technique for each skill. The focus will also be on drills that allow the players a lot of ball contact and repetitions."

Both beginners and advanced players will benefit! Drills will be progressive based on the skill level of the group.  Build the skills will not incorporate any game play. If you are looking for skill work and game play please go to our Training Team page.
