DESCRIPTION BREAKDOWN FOR EACH SESSION

Passing/Serve/Serve Receive/Back row Defense.  Players will focus on the proper technique of forearm and overhead passing through various paced balls ranging from free balls, tips, roll shots, and attacked balls.  Players will focus on using the proper defensive footwork while incorporating various defensive team concepts.  Players will focus on the proper serving technique, placement, efficiency, and power for standing/jump float and topspin serves.  In addition, players will focus on accurate forearm and overhead passing technique off a served ball. Capable players will receive expanded coaching as to their specific position on the court.
