Defense Floor Moves/Serving
The focus will be on defense floor moves and will include forward collapse, lateral Sprawl, Shin down, diving. Players will gain confidence in their ability to dive for balls and making aggressive defense moves. This is for all levels and ability.
A small amount of time will be focused on serving.
